The grand opening event will take place on Saturday, January 20 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Maureen Barrett and Michael Andersen are the franchise owners of Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Ridgewood. They are active in the Ridgewood community and committed to supporting and working closely with local rescues. Maureen and Michael are animal lovers and the proud humans to a rescued Golden Retriever, named Max, and a Havanese mix, named Tucker.
“Getting to know Woof Gang through shopping at my local store in Orlando and talking to many franchise owners, I knew this was a great fit for me. I became educated on proper nutrition and embraced the new knowledge. My favorite part of my new venture is getting to know my customers and their pets!” said Maureen. “We are excited to offer a doggie play care program and canine massage, where four-legged customers can play, relax and have a spa experience.”
The first 20 dogs in store on Saturday will win free Woof Gang Bakery gourmet treats for one year. Plus, Ramapo Bergen Animal Refuge and A Pathway To Hope will be on site with adoptable rescue animals looking for their furever homes.
