Several of our stores were required to close because local governments did not deem pet supply stores and pet health as essential business. However, as local and state regulations change, we are preparing to reopen our stores according to local guidelines with the utmost of care. Our stores and professional pet grooming salons will continue to be a clean and safe environment for customers and their pets.
The number of shoppers and staff in stores will be limited to meet distancing guidelines and sanitization protocols will be followed. Stores will continue to offer curbside pickup and touch-free transactions. Stores that are offering home delivery will continue to do so.
Woof Gang Bakery will implement procedures for safe handling of all dogs and cats in grooming. Store franchise owners will receive training to ensure consistent adherence to best practices.
